Worked closely with our Aussie allies during my military career - they're tough soldiers and great people...

I out-shot some, out-ran others, but never won a drinking contest...

Hope everyone returns home safe....

cheers Lincholman that brotherhood is not lost. Thankyou to all Aussies putting it all on the line. Here’s hoping there’s a happy ending.

Lol, MIG has some of the worst safety records that it has a nickname - "Flying Coffin"

"Why despite a dismal safety record, MIG aircrafts are still in service?"

Not to mention transmissions.

My dad was a helicopter Flight Instructor / SAR Pilot.

I remember when I was a kid, home sick from school and we had the local radio station on.

“ A helicopter has just made an emergency landing in the parking lot of the neighborhood grocery store”.

Guess who’s dad that was.

Very sad. These brave men are part of the frontline protecting us against China, our major threat right now.
