AI is “weird” and scary, climate change is dangerous and scary, wages have stagnated forever, war is in progress and could escalate. People are just too smart to have kids in this climate.

If the government addressed some of these key issues and assured people they were going to follow through, people would feel ready for kids.

This approach shows me Japan doesn’t get AI like it doesn’t get software.

AI is a tool to help build things of value. It doesn’t have any value itself.

You don’t just “get AI” then get money and results.

I like old people but this country just has way too many in charge. They have no idea and there is nothing of substance in this “plan”.
