What's good for the Yankees is good for baseball they say. Well, this is very good for both. Hehehe

They actually walked him 4 times instead of pitching against him. Yankees seems afraid Ohtani get more home runs. This is pretty sly because they can protect Judge home run record this way if Ohtani can't hit home runs in matches.

Ohtani only had one intentional walk, with a runner on 2nd and an open first base. Other than that they pitched to him every time…striking him out in his last at bat.

Fujinami has been traded to the division leading Orioles. How’s that for luck, from worst to first. He may get a playoff game before Ohtani.

For the AAA Norfolk Tides? Perhaps....

Considering the Angels are barely above .500, and in third place, I doubt it.

That seems to be the only way to handle Shohei Ohtani. Take the bat away from him. There are intentional kinds of walks and unintentional intentional walks, too. He scored 2 runs with only one official at bat.

Just like NPB pitchers prevented Randy Bass from smashing Oh's homerun record.
