There is no letter 'i' in the word, 'team'...

Otani did not look happy at all. There was no joy in that home run trot.

Finally tied with his last year record of 34 home rune. Insane how he keep getting better and better as a batter.
Shame the Angels team has so many injuries. Mike Trout out of the game is truly a huge blow to the team morals. So many members are on the injury list and won't be back until aug. Even Othani finger is still injured and preventing him from properly pitching.

Sorry, Wasting time chasing Ohtani Really? The last time I checked that's how you win the MLB. Good team with good management. It's not a one man sport. Integrating the best two way player (possibly ever) into a good team will send that team to the ultimate end game.
I have a inkling that you just keep putting him down because he is Japanese. I'll bet you a weeks groceries from HEB that wherever he goes if traded, win the World Series within 3 seasons.

I have had the same thought. If the same Ohtani came from his home state, Yrral would be crazy for Shohei. As it is, whether the Angels win or not, Ohatani is leading the majors in home runs and triples and is hitting better than .300; one of only 6 players in the AL. He has a winning record, a decent ERA, and is 3rd in strike outs. What's not to like? The man is astounding. You just may have put your finger on what may be exactly right. After all, a lot of people refused to acknowledge Jackie Robinson's ability to play and we all know why that was.

This new Angel’s team is beginning to look better and better.
