These two young studs are just who we need to lead us into the brave new world together.

Biden has said that providing the bombs — which open mid-air and release smaller “bomblets” across a broad swath of land — was a “difficult decision” but he noted that the Ukrainians are running out of ammunition and that the weapons were necessary for them to continue to fight Russian forces.

Diana made opposing the use of land mines a lifelong issue; Charles on cluster munition use " I'm okay with that.".

two leaders who waited decades to reach... their 'use by date'

..and just to show their concern, and to lead by example, they are going to give up jetting about the planet.....

Charles the spritely septuagenarian delicately guided the octogenarian (nameless) step by step on the way to the self-applauding virtue-signaling show where they informed the peasantry of the actions others should take to less damage the environment, and to support the use of cluster bombs(a war crime) because it's convenient at the moment.

Got it.

They aren’t exactly great, are they?

This is what happens when people achieve positions of power without having to face serious opposition or any opposition whatsoever.

Anyway, they are on the right side of the debate on this one.

Why anyone listens to these professional hypocrites, and others of their ilk, is beyond me.

Fair point. You could argue hypocrisy is par for the course for politicians in particular. The royals living in palaces and showing concern for the homeless is a bit suspect, but I did hear the idea that anyone claiming to be free of hypocrisy is a liar.

I suppose you could argue the message and the measures are more important.

By the way, who would you recommend listening to on this topic and what ilk are they?

I assume you're smart enough to figure it out for yourself. Follow the money.

?

I asked who is worth listening to on this topic.

A pretty straightforward request.
