Liu is right in saying there is a lack of skilled workers for their Arizona plant. As a scholar and having graduated from two prestigious American universities, I can accurately state that these days Americans are uneducated and unmotivated. It's nothing like my generation. Hopefully, Liu and crew will be able to get some cheap but skilled labor from Mexico, Belize, and maybe even Canada.
