More men that will not have enough money to get married and start a family, more pressure on the young population levels, but then again, this is not new.

I like how the young left want to put down Babe Ruth and others of the past, It's sad,

Many famous Japanese players played there too. Just no interest or respect for the past anymore.

I hope people do realize how these teams are made up, This is something dreamed up by MLB recently to see how it goes, Many American players are being played on other teams, It's fun and that is about it.

Has nothing to do with 20-30 years ago.

As long as China abides by the law and international norms and acts under international institutional standards this is not a conflicting issue between China and the Quad," Japanese Foreign Minister Hayashi Yoshimasa said in a rare direct reference to China.

This really disappoints me, we are so scared and afraid of upsetting China.

This is just crazy, as bad as Russia is, Ukraine has no freedoms

Freedom to speak out...No

Just band a religious group in Ukraine

No freedom of the press to say anything negative

No opposition party anymore

Was considered one of the most corrupt countries in Europe before the war

Please tell me if any of these is wrong

Posted in: Excess savings not helping consumers in Japan as inflation rises See in context

As far as Japanese saving money, I first came here over 40 years ago, and saving may have been a thing back then a a little now, but in recent years, I have seen so many people that just don't have a big savings account, but no wonder, because even here in Japan, it is spend and spend when you can, young people are lined up at Starbucks buying 700 yen coffee and the another 500 yen for a very small piece of cheesecake, When I was young, it was save save and save with sometimes a little spending blowout. I'm just saying, don't confuse the older generation with the very young people now.....I know ..I know, that is what they said when I was young :))
