“Trump’s request was unprecedented because he’s the first former president ever charged with a crime.”

Crimes. When it rains it pours.

Surprised he can still hire lawyers. I expect more will quit as the various charges continue piling up.

Trump denied having sexual encounters with either woman.

LOL

What a loser.

some of the alleged conduct occurred in 2017 while he was president, including checks he purportedly wrote while sitting in the Oval Office.

Writing checks to porn stars from The Oval Office.

Again, what a loser.

10 ( +11 / -1 )

Now that would be a loser move, as well as desecration of the institution of Washington as a whole.

Now you like the Washington establishment?

It’s hard to keep up.

7 ( +7 / -0 )

Boy, the “wins” keep stacking up for Stupid Voldemort. I bet he’s getting tired of “winning.”

In a somewhat related note, another judge slapped down his below the radar effort to reduce his damages in his sex assault suit ruling that trump was guilty of rape as normal people understand it.

An appropriate comparison here to his criminal (existing and likely) case is that just because one sucks at crime in no way reduces one’s criminal liability.

Failure to overthrow the government to overturn the results of a free and fair election that you lost dies not make you innocent of conspiracy, obstruction, insurrection (and a host of other possible charges).

It just means you are a moron.

More like the left are getting tired that the left can’t stop this guy, so now they’re just slinging knives and hoping one sticks, a draw of the dice, glad he said he will never stop. Brilliant! Keep up the good fight.

-14 ( +0 / -14 )

Hellerstein rejected Trump’s argument that the indictment could be moved to federal court because it was “politically motivated” and the product of “state hostility.”

Trump's legal arguments are getting dumber and dumber.

Trump's legal arguments are getting dumber and dumber.

As are the deflections amongst the cult.

All leftists in America are conspiring against Trump. It's a big conspiracy, I tells ya! A FACT!

we are talking about Washington.

No, we are talking about New York.

Must be exhausting living in a MAGA conspiracy world.

Trump redefining "Loser"....

How many court cases has this Moron lost if we include the 62 losing election fraud cases, and all the loses trying to delay his trials?

Loser - thy name is Trump...

6 ( +6 / -0 )

As much as I'm looking forward to his conviction in the illegal payoff case, it's really peanuts compared to the much more serious and evidence-supported classified steal and stash and interfering in an election...

Trump's daily confessions on TV on his faux "right" to the classified and the daily conflicting stories on whether he declassified it or not, plus his lawyers certified letter than no classified remained at MAL - and the FBI finds 184 more, and most incriminating, the tapes showing his aide moving boxes of classified out in violation of a subpoena - all make this case an easy sell - and conservative heroes Jonathon Turley and Bill Barr have both said...

Then we have the election inference case, which will be prosecuted under the RICO statutes, in which Mark Meadows, Rudy Giuliani, and Jared Kushner have all met voluntarily with the Special Prosecutor to spill their guts and toss their old boss under the bus to save their own skins...

And we'll see the indictments from the Georgia AG the first week of August...and more evidence from his insiders that copped a deal...

There's only one conclusion to all this serious legal jeopardy....

Bye-Don, Hello Leavenworth....

6 ( +6 / -0 )

Must be exhausting living in a MAGA conspiracy world.

I don't think that it is, why would it be?

Loser - thy name is Trump...

I would say and it is more apparent than ever, it is the Washington establishment that are the real losers.

The Republican Party is now dominated by a conspiracy-believing crowd. That's a far deeper problem than can be solved in one election cycle. LA Times.

QAnon Believers Think Trump's Indictment Will (Somehow) Lead to Mass Arrest of Democrats. MAGA conspiracy theorists hold out hope that any. Rolling Stone.

When you deny access, block, cancel, silence, or stop others from dissent, you will indeed build up distrust, mistrust, and conspiracy theories and will creep into the discussion, don't want that, be transparent.

QAnon Believers Think Trump's Indictment Will (Somehow) Lead to Mass Arrest of Democrats. MAGA conspiracy theorists hold out hope that any. Rolling Stone.

Never heard of that, not even sure what this QAnon stuff is, but if it's from Rolling Stone then we can generally chuckle at it.

-10 ( +0 / -10 )

not even sure what this QAnon stuff is

Really, I guess you missed Jan 6?

7 ( +7 / -0 )

Trump begins openly embracing and amplifying false fringe QAnon conspiracy theory.

6 ( +6 / -0 )

Really, I guess you missed Jan 6?

Again, no idea what or who these people are or what they think, I just know the left throw that name constantly as if that should drum up fear and shame, it doesn't, especially to the people that don't know anything about these people.

Stupid Voldemort is too stupid to realize that he just included the entire political spectrum of left to right that hate him including his own fascist-curious cult members.

Well, not at all, the people that hate him are the permanent Washington establishment fixtures that have poisoned DC for years and years, and good on him for wanting to dismantle that cabal, so to your point that is definitely the main reason the establishment fears this guy, and all they do is make him stronger and bring sympathy to the man, like him or hate him.

That is why it's all backfiring.

-9 ( +0 / -9 )

Again, no idea what or who these people are or what they think,

Sums it up perfectly.

7 ( +7 / -0 )

His supporters really have some serious distortion of reality to justify why they are in this mess. Too late to admit being duped so they just have to double down.

Sure sure, it’ll all backfire. It’s a plot to keep him down. Every judge and court are in on this nefarious plot orchestrated by sleepy Joe who is actually a devious puppet mastermind with far more reach and power than 45 ever had, because of deep state something and Dems. Really it’s all helping him and a day of reckoning is coming for all libs.

Yeah, that seems legit.

6 ( +6 / -0 )

This is the legal-political equivalent of a classic Ponzi scheme. There is no exit strategy so the only option is to escalate in the vain hope that the law/electorate will give up.

Jack Smith is not intimidated and neither am I. I can only hope that the rational majority also decides “You know what? No. I don’t want to be governed by a narcissistic sociopath who is also dumb as a rock and is a convicted rapist (wannabe rapist. He can’t even do that right). I think I’ll choose the guy with empathy.”

7 ( +7 / -0 )

Haha. LOL!

Poor Trump can't use the I was president ploy. Sorry dude, no federal soup for you!

5 ( +5 / -0 )

Must be exhausting living in a MAGA conspiracy world.

I don't think that it is, why would it be?

Actually it must be fairly easy - you just suspend reality and live in a far-right fantasy world - that is until reality intrudes - like on Nov 3rd 2020... And when that reality hits, MAGA-violence results...

Loser - thy name is Trump...

I would say and it is more apparent than ever, it is the Washington establishment that are the real losers.

Sure all of them are under four criminal investigations and have been indicted twice on over 70 charges...and with the target letter and the Georgia AG saying that hers will come in early Aug, that will be four indictments with potentially over 100 charges....and it only takes one to slam the cell door shut...

Really, I guess you missed Jan 6?

Again, no idea what or who these people are or what they think,

Well that's certainly a big flip after numerous posts defending them and saying they were patriots being harassed by the DOJ...

Well, not at all, the people that hate him are the permanent Washington establishment fixtures that have poisoned DC for years and years

You know, establishment swine like that "RINO Globalist" that said Trump "failed to drain just filled the swamp", "failed to build his wall", failed to eliminate the national debt adding $8 trillion more, and failed to lead "turning COVID over to Fauci".... That's a lot of failure, according to this "rockstar"...

ROFL...

Jacob Chansley, the so-called “QAnon Shaman,” was sentenced to 41 months in prison for his role in the US Capitol riot.

After four months of trial, a jury has convicted Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio and other members of the far-right club of seditious.

one in four Republicans are QAnon believers.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, promoter of QAnon.

Actually it must be fairly easy - you just suspend reality and live in a far-right fantasy world - that is until reality intrudes - like on Nov 3rd 2020... And when that reality hits, MAGA-violence results...

Hmmm, you think so?

Sure all of them are under four criminal investigations and have been indicted twice on over 70 charges...and with the target letter and the Georgia AG saying that hers will come in early Aug, that will be four indictments with potentially over 100 charges....and it only takes one to slam the cell door shut...

Interestingly, this obsession with one man and the arrows continues to miss

You know, establishment swine like that "RINO Globalist" that said Trump "failed to drain just filled the swamp", "failed to build his wall", failed to eliminate the national debt adding $8 trillion more, and failed to lead "turning COVID over to Fauci".... That's a lot of failure, according to this "rockstar"...

And all the reasons why most of those establishment Republicans that were against his agenda have been replaced, so that won't happen next time whether he or RDS takes the WH.

-8 ( +0 / -8 )

Hmmm, you think so?

Yes, actually. We do finally cluing in that you backed an idiot?

>

5 ( +5 / -0 )

Never heard of that, not even sure what this QAnon stuff is

You called Qanon believers “very sensible people”.

7 ( +7 / -0 )

Yes, actually. We do finally cluing in that you backed an idiot?

Speaking of Biden, why would vote for him?

You called Qanon believers “very sensible people”.

I call liberals "sensible when they listen."

Who believe that Democrats and Hollywood movie stars “drain the blood of children (in concert with a major furniture company) to create an anti-aging elixir.”

I think most of Hollywood needs to get their heads examined.

Do me a favor. Say that out loud. See how that sounds coming out of your mouth.

Crazy, right?

Let me tell you, I think the left is just out of their minds on most issues, so if these QAnon people believe in this stuff as nutty as it may sound it just fails in comparison to what the left comes up with, and do on a daily. basis and that's not including the TDS that they suffer consistently from.

That's why all the arrows are sticking out of his broad backside...

Read the link again - it's your hero RDS or "RINO Ron" as Trump refers to him that said Trump failed at all these things...so is your rockstar lying to you? Is Trump a "failure" as DeSantis says?

3 ( +3 / -0 )

Finally clued into the fact that you backed an idiot?

Speaking of Biden, why would vote for him?

You mean besides the fact that he’s not a narcissistic sociopath?

That he’s capable of governing? That he has empathy?

That he is not a rapist?

Two reasons:

I agree with his policies which are successful and popular.

He’s not trump, or as my 102 year old WWII combat infantry lieutenant grandfather with 220+ missions 2 purple hearts a bronze and a silver star and not a single bone spur called him “America’s Hitler.”

Joe isn’t a fascist.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

And some day, all Trump’s supporters are going to have to answer for supporting a fascist narcissist sociopath.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Know so...

Doubt it.

That's why all the arrows are sticking out of his broad backside...

Hardly, once they can actually get a case together that will stick perhaps, but after 8 years, I believe that as much as I believe Hillary will be the next President of the US. Lol

Read the link again - it's your hero RDS or "RINO Ron" as Trump refers to him that said Trump failed at all these things...

Yes, he's running for office, do what you need to do to win, I mean, Biden decided to cancel billions in student loans, he can't do that, but regardless it looks good to his parasitic game-playing base.

so is your rockstar lying to you?

He's running a campaign, so he will say whatever he wants to get them votes as well.

Is Trump a "failure" as DeSantis says?

Ron can think of Trump any way he likes, his choice.

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

Know so...

Doubt it.

How do you know what I doubt? Psychic?

That's why all the arrows are sticking out of his broad backside...

Hardly, once they can actually get a case together that will stick perhaps,

Ask Rudy, Jared, and Mark if it "sticks".... His own former AG Bill Barr said he's "toast...

Read the link again - it's your hero RDS or "RINO Ron" as Trump refers to him that said Trump failed at all these things...

Yes, he's running for office, do what you need to do to win,

So is DeSantis lying? Is Trump a failure as he says?

so is your rockstar lying to you?

He's running a campaign, so he will say whatever he wants to get them votes as well.

An admission! DeSantis will say whatever he wants to con the flock for votes!

Sure sounds like a lying establishment RINO rat....right?

Is Trump a "failure" as DeSantis says?

Ron can think of Trump any way he likes, his choice.

What do you think? Is your "rockstar" a liar? Is he a "groomer" or is Trump lying?

2 ( +3 / -1 )

why most of those establishment Republicans that were against his agenda have been replaced

The ones who have been replaced were booted not because of their policy positions but because they were against Trump’s vision of the presidency as his personal fiefdom and his dirty dealings.

Think Liz Cheney, who voted for almost everything Trump backed, but is now considered a RINO. It’s not ideology, it’s not policy. It’s loyalty, and it’s a cult.

As for Q Anon, rule #1 for these people is to deny they know what Q is when confronted by nonbelievers.
