Desperate, despairing, discouraged...You pick the adjective - they all apply to Trump and his rotating band of lawyers...

All the ethical and competent ones have quit - what's left is the bottom of the barrel...

No wonder he losing case after case...

Bye-Don, Hello Leavenworth...

8 ( +9 / -1 )

This is the result when you have a reputation not paying people for the work they do and for demanding your legal teams make obviously false arguments that are so outrageous they get them sanctioned by the courts. You get the junior varsity throwing Hail Mary passes that bounce out of bounds and score no yardage.

Bye-Don, Hello Leavenworth...

Not going to happen.

The Georgia Supreme Court unanimously shot down a petition that Trump’s attorneys filed last week asking the court to intervene.

unanimous. Boy, that’s gotta sting!

15 ( +16 / -1 )

While the mountains of indictments and possible convictions that will haunt Trump through 2024 and make him unelectable, I think the Dems best chance is for a real challenger to emerge and beat Trump as the Repub nominee. With DeSantis collapsing, Tim Scott is most likely to be that guy...

And we all know what will happen next - Trump will turn on the Repub party and scream "rigged!" "The RINOs and establishment stole my nomination - there was rampant fraud!". "It's the biggest crime in history!"

This will enrage MAGA-world who will refuse to vote in the election, handing Dems wins across the board...

Lying Lindsey was accurate with his prediction in 2016 - "if we nominate Donald Trump it will destroy our party"....

Get your hanky ready Lindsey....

Bass, 45 is telling you openly that he fully intends to be an autocrat.

why do you so valiantly support autocracy?

seriously, he’s making no secret of his intentions. Is owning libs actually worth creating an American autocracy?

you cannot argue that those are not his intentions. He says it openly.

Bass, 45 is telling you openly that he fully intends to be an autocrat.

And yet, you are fine with this dictatorial administration?

why do you so valiantly support autocracy?

I don’t, that’s why I don’t vote Democrat.

seriously, he’s making no secret of his intentions. Is owning libs actually worth creating an American autocracy?

Funny, first it’s “don’t believe a single word that comes out of his mouth” Now it’s “you need to take him seriously” liberal ONLY care about democracy and the rule of law if it rests within the constraint of their progressive, oppressive woke ideology, if it doesn’t then it’s panic and the rule of law is at stake. I see…

you cannot argue that those are not his intentions. He says it openly.

Uh-huh, lol

Don't see you offering anything to refute them...

Laugh now, you'll be crying later....ROFL...

Guilty has charged.

10 ( +11 / -1 )

LOL. The Georgia Supreme Court responds that the petition does not contain the necessary law or facts.

This is state level, if convicted, another GOP president can't do anything to help him. He goes straight to jail, do not pass Go, do not collect $200.00 dollars. Congress and the federal gov is mute in this process.

The law in GA is that the Governor cannot issue pardons; it is the Georgia State Board of Pardons and Paroles. That's why DT is starting to get freaked by this case.

Congratulations on another "win" for Don the Con.

12 ( +13 / -1 )

Don't see you offering anything to refute them...

You don’t need to refute a comedic humor.

Laugh now, you'll be crying later....ROFL...

Hardly.

Guilty has charged.

Not according to the US constitution.

Biden has nothing to do with Trump's case in Georgia.

11 ( +12 / -1 )

Bass, 45 is telling you openly that he fully intends to be an autocrat.

what this response is not is a denial of Trumps autocratic intentions.

Reject and rejoice!

6 ( +6 / -0 )

Biden has nothing to do with Trump's case in Georgia.

Directly, no…indirectly…but I digress…

what this response is not is a denial of Trumps autocratic intentions.

Well, you think and interpret it the way you want and so will I.

-11 ( +1 / -12 )

Biden is not directly or indirectly connected with Trump's case.

8 ( +9 / -1 )

Directly, no…indirectly…but I digress…

your opinion means squat, evidence in court is all that matters, Trump never has any which is why he just keeps losing case after case, buckleup maga more indictments incoming.

whats the count now Trump 37 criminal indictments, Trumps administration 240+. Biden 0 LOL

9 ( +9 / -0 )

Don't see you offering anything to refute them...

You don’t need to refute a comedic humor.

Just another surrender....tap-out...capitulation...

Thanks for giving up and agreeing with me...

Laugh now, you'll be crying later....ROFL...

Hardly.

Definitely...better head to Costco to stock up on hankies..

7 ( +8 / -1 )

Well, you think and interpret it the way you want and so will I.

you can interpret any way you want, all that ,matters is evidenece in court, nothing more.

The DOJ under Trump, Trumps own AGs Sessions and Barr still convicted 6 of Trumps close associates and 240+ indictments in his administration, so much for the DOJ weaponization again conservatives, chosen by conservatives convicted by conservatives under a republican FBI director LOL

3 ( +3 / -0 )

Biden is not directly or indirectly connected with Trump's case.

Ok, you can think that if you want, I don’t have a problem with that, that’s your right.

your opinion means squat,

Back at you, but in the meantime, on an open forum we all have the right can say what we want.

evidence in court is all that matters, Trump never has any which is why he just keeps losing case after case, buckleup maga more indictments incoming.

Well, that is not true. In the court of law, and if you go throughout the history of the court, you are allowed to bring it evidence, and evidence can be rejected, it happens all the time, how many times has there been evidence presented in trial cases where evidence was slapped down or denied or omitted?

whats the count now Trump 37 criminal indictments, Trumps administration 240+. Biden 0 LOL

let’s see how big a game Democrats talk on the pendulum swings the other way, we’re already hearing it day by day with house minority Democrats, and I hate to say this, but it feels good.

Bass defines everything not MAGA as Marxist.

Absolutely

Case closed.

Like that classic song from Supertramp: Dreamer

Legacy Boomer reference in full effect.

7 ( +8 / -1 )

Back at you, but in the meantime, on an open forum we all have the right can say what we want.

my opinion nearly always supports what the evidence shows and what the courts rule on that evidence,. so yes my opinion is supported by the facts and evidence.

So say whatever you want doesnt mean it supported by the facts, meaning its just an opinion lie or disinformation, nothing more

6 ( +6 / -0 )

You support MAGA autocracy. Please admit such.

you want your political opponents outlawed. Don’t call that freedom.

its not, and you know it’s not.

6 ( +7 / -1 )

Bass4,their is not enough White people to swing any election in Republicans favor

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

Well, if this gives the liberals a distraction from the reality of where the next election is headed--let them dwell on this minor matter.

-6 ( +1 / -7 )

Bass4,their is not enough White people to swing any election in Republicans favor

Oh yes, they are more than enough.

You support MAGA autocracy. Please admit such.

I’m MAGA and I support democracy.

you want your political opponents outlawed. Don’t call that freedom.

No, I don’t want anything like what’s going on right now with this administration, so that’s the reason why I support democracy and this president

its not, and you know it’s not.

What? That this administration doesn’t believe in democracy, you’re absolutely right about that.*

my opinion nearly always supports what the evidence shows and what the courts rule on that evidence,. so yes my opinion is supported by the facts and evidence.

Ok, but at the end of the day, it is still your opinion, and I don’t have to subscribe to your opinion, I presented other facts that go against it over the last two years, and if you don’t subscribe to that, then that is your choice, sadly, you do not get to dictate what I should consume as correct facts as far as how you believe or what I dispute or what I believe that’s up for me to decide.

So say whatever you want

Believe me, I always will! Bet on that

doesnt mean it supported by the facts, meaning its just an opinion lie or disinformation, nothing more

Again, back at you.

-10 ( +1 / -11 )

Kurumazaka,

you may be setting your expectations too high. The very left side of the bell curve cannot even distinguish -- or, for that matter, explain the difference -- between communism and socialism. To them, "Marxism" is just a linguistical escalation, a rhetorical comparative.

7 ( +8 / -1 )

let’s see how big a game Democrats talk on the pendulum swings the other way, we’re already hearing it day by day with house minority Democrats, and I hate to say this, but it feels good.

once again just your opinion, evidence in court is all that matters, weve been waiting 7yrs still havent locked Hillary up, in fact Trump had to pay 1million for a frivolous lawsuit, 100K of which went to Hillary. LOL

How did that Hunter investigation go, oh thats right 2 of the so called witnesses were paid by Cash Patel.

they were ex disgruntled FBI agents. The 3rd Mr Luft is a fugitive, who was indicted before the republican took the house in 2022 and has been investigated since 2016. His indictments include being a chinese spy , smuggle of Iranian weapons and oil. this is what republican call credible witness LOL.

House hearings dont mean squat, they can indict they can convict, and the GOP know their evidence will not hold up in court, they've got nothing as usual.

If you want to see how to collect evidence and how it results in indictments in court. Gie Jack Smith a call LOL

8 ( +8 / -0 )

Again, back at you.

thanks Im supported by the facts and evidence, are you LOL

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her office should be barred from seeking charges and that a special grand jury report that is part of the inquiry should be thrown out

because...? Anything?

Regarding Trump's attempt to block the prosecutors, the justices said his legal filing lacked “the facts or the law necessary to mandate Willis’s disqualification by this Court at this time on this record.”

Oh.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

The basic problem for Trump is two-fold:

He’s guilty AF and he can’t control the judiciary through his band of goobers.

Then there is the problem of not being able to shut down the trial or pardon himself in the infinitesimal likelihood of a win in the election.

Somebody page Rick Perry because Don the con needs an “oops.”

It's clear that both the Special Counsel and the Georgia AG have an "insider" that is cooperating with their cases - someone who has "turned" and struck a deal to try to avoid a conviction and jail...

I think there are three main suspects;

Mark Meadows: It's already been reported that Meadows has voluntarily met with Jack Smith several times and provided emails, and the info that Smith has on the meetings where the fake electors coup was planned could have only come from him - the others all took the 5th....

Rudy Giuliani: Last week Rudy voluntarily met with Jack Smith for eight hours of testimony and this testimony was based on a "proffer" - a document that outlines info provided if a leniency deal is granted. Rudy has long bragged that he had an "insurance policy" if Trump or his cabal came after him - it looks like Rudy is cashing in that policy to keep himself out of a cell.

Jared Kushner: Jared ain't going to jail - he remembers visiting his father at a federal pen and is not going to go back. He would easily fold if offered a deal to cooperate and spill his guts. And he also voluntarily met with Jack Smith...

It's been hinted that Smith will file charges under the racketeering (RICO) statute - that mean serious jail time. Expect more MAGA-rats to turn on each other and their former boss as all the lies, coup plotting, mail fraud, and election interference gets introduced into evidence...

Just.

He had filed over 60 bullcrap lawsuits in late 2020 to no avail, then he tried to overthrow the government the following month. He is guilty as guilty can get. It's time to put this traitor in the slammer for GOOD.

I mean it was a super long shot, based on 'I don't want to go to trial'.

Unfortunately for Trump, everybody has been talking.

Unanimously shot down Trump's claim like a dog in the street.

In less than 1 full business day no less.

Now THAT is a butt whipping.

This was the GASC saying "Your motion is a waste of time as it has no legal merit of any kind."

He loves getting spanked and over 30 indictments alone testify to that.

This was the GASC saying "Your motion is a waste of time as it has no legal merit of any kind."

Over 60 bogus lawsuits, J6 - no legal merit at all. None.

You literally cannot support 45’s present rhetoric and claim you support democracy. It can’t be done.

No you cannot. trump is a fascist and everything he says and does is not compatible in a democracy. He is an enemy of democracy, America, mankind, God.

Yes, he is absolutely a fascist (that would probably have to be defined for him. as he is too stupid to know what fascism is.) His supporters know he is a fascist and they do not care because they are ok with fascism as long as they are the ruling clique.
