So, Russia’s fault for shooting down the missile, according to Russia’s own logic.

It’s true, Russia is inflicting a lot of destruction, so Ukraine should just keep going. Russia was always going to face more of this after the stupid decision to invade.

The British, French, Germans, Dutch, Spanish, and many more have all been involved in the oppression and colonization of the African continent. Some are already finding out the realities of what making deals with the Chinese means. It seems history is not the teacher the African nations want to listen to.

The fact that these African countries openly defied NATO and Zelensky and travelled to Moscow to meet Putin says a lot.

Did NATO or Zelenskyy make a request for them not to?

This was also shown in the recommended (by your side) YouTube video yesterday.

Lol. The video that someone on your side posted failing to prove the grain deal ended because of the attack on the bridge was all of a sudden recommended by our side? That’s funny.

I like how Ukraine has actually helped Russia here. That top picture… do you see all the extra window openings for people to fall from?

works both ways, right?

Yep, it does. I fully support the Ukrainians causing a little destruction in Moscow. No civilians died.

It’s the Russians at fault. If they didn’t keep jamming the drones and just let them hit their targets, no civilian buildings would be hit.

Worthy to note though that the Russians have either jammed or shot down all of the drones. We know it can’t be true because it’s impossible when the Ukrainians report they’ve done it too.

@nosuke - bridge attack not mentioned. Interestingly, that’s exactly what I’m saying.

doesn’t match up with the level of your outrage. Your comment made it sound like there was zero truth to anything I said.

I specifically quoted the grain deal part of your comment so there should have been no confusion. I apologize that it wasn’t enough for you.

I don’t, but it was actually said by both sides before the bridge attack that the deal was unlikely to be extended.

Do you know what an excuse is? Peskov has absolutely not used it as an excuse. You are wrong.

Posted in: Russia strikes Odesa cathedral; Putin claims counteroffensive 'failed' See in context

The Crimea bridge attack the day before the grain deal was to be renewed gave the "excuse" to cancel it.

No it didn’t. Peskov said the end of the grain deal was not influenced at all by the bridge attack. It was not “cancelled” either. It was just not renewed. The difference between what actually happened and what you’re suggesting happened is surprisingly huge.

It's extremely naive to still continue to believe this false narrative that sweet innocent Ukraine did absolutely nothing to encourage the invasion of their country.

Whatever Ukraine did was related to Ukraine. Russia had, and has, no legal control over any law that is made in Ukraine. Going against Russian demands, without actually attacking Russia, does not in any way justify what Russia has done and is doing now. Naivety places blame on Ukraine.

Action causes an another reaction.

We’ve heard this dozens of times. Everything Ukraine does is a reaction here. A reaction to the continued invasion and occupation of Ukraine’s land. Note in the top photo the missiles being fired from Russia’s Belgorod region. I have a suspicion that it won’t be long before they see some real reaction.

Stop this now and make peace.

I’m sure tomorrow there’ll be peace. The leaders of both sides will have completed their daily perusing of JT comments and come to the realization that war is bad. Just like every other time somebody on JT says similar.

In fact, from Stalin onwards, there were no ethnic Russian leaders of the USSR until Gorbachev, who ended the tyranny of Socialism and released the Russian people from oppression.

It’s interesting really when you see the rankings of countries that most adhere to Islamic ideals. I don’t claim to know anything about Islam, but majority Muslim countries appear nowhere near the top.

The quote at the top is interesting too.

“I went to the West and saw Islam, but no Muslims; I got back to the East and saw Muslims, but no Islam.” (Mohammad Abduh)

Really? Tell that to Seagram's Canadian Whiskey. Seems to me they didnt get your "memo".

It’s just a generalized naming convention. Like everything, there are exceptions.

This is based on the knowledge of those that make it: if it’s a single malt and from the Highlands or Islands, never straight, and certainly never with ice. Take a separate pitcher of iced water, and add (the water only) according to taste.

Yeah I’ve heard that, and it’s generally what I do. A dash of water seems to bring out the flavor and aroma a little, but I know some people who love the highballs and ruin every whisky they pour. To each their own.
