According to this article, China has suspended issuing short-term visas for South Korean visitors. According to the Japan Times, they've done the same for Japanese visitors. So, people with either South Korean or Japanese nationality can't apply for a visa. However, neither South Korea nor Japan began requiring only CHINESE travellers to undergo a PCR test. All travellers from China need a PCR test. It has nothing to do with nationality. Is this too difficult for China to understand this?
