Then on what basis is there a need to hold a ministerial meeting? What happened to equal rights for ALL sexual minorities?

If only certain sexual minorities can receive equal rights, who is to say which minorities and what rights? Who is the government to impose its own dogmatic definition of what is consent or sexual abuse upon others who do not conform to their narrow views of morality? In other words, as sexual political activists often use as a challenge against marriage being between a man and a woman, "What harm is there in letting people do what they want with their own lives?"
