It's about damn time male victims get the help they need. Too often they are ignored, and it's very hard for them to come forward.

as a guy who often gets groped on public transport and catcalled by other guys who're into guys, this is a godsend. It is true that guys being victims of sex crimes is a joke in our part of the world, it is a true matter and one not to be laughed at.

I’ve met a couple of male hosts before who told me they would have to sleep on the streets if they agree to abuse. They swore they are not gay.

Recognizing that anyone can be a victim of sexual violence, regardless of gender, and providing support to all survivors is crucial. By opening a hotline specifically for male sex victims, we can take a step towards inclusivity, support, and healing for all survivors of sexual violence.
