Japan and UK don't have an extradition treaty in the first place. Both countries don't have to do it whatever. Why is it a big issue?

Don't make a fool of any mountains if you climb. Mt. Fuji is not highest mountain like Everest. It is about 3700m high, very windy cold up there even summer. Every year many tour-climbers wearing sandals, shorts, t-shirts rush to the clinic there.

Why isn't Japan stepping up offshore wind power on a massive scale especially since the Fukushima crisis.

Because major power company simply don’t like such wind power or solar power. They want to keep long time nuclear powers. They don't let eco-power suppliers to use the major companies' power line infrastructure to supply to town/city. Such eco companies are just supplying power to nearby locals only right now without major power line.

All nuclear power plants all over the world are discharging trituim water out. That’s why all nuclear power plants are sitting nearby ocean or river. China and S Korea are actually discharging more than Japan. France is the number 1 country. It has much more nuclear power plants there.

E.g. Have you ever wondered why so many fire trucks arrive at a scene?

At that time no one knew what was happening in the train. All passengers were running away from train and station as soon as possible. That was really a big panic. I guess someone thought a big fire down there and called fire station. That's why many fire trucks came there.

How do you think temp chefs transport their equipment from job to job?!

Better put knives in the formal case. If nobody can see, no problem.

This doesn't matter whether a foreigner or a Japanese. Carrying knife openly is against the law in Japan. This is another case. The other day the uniform policemen stopped checked a Japanese man on street. He had a small useful knife (with +-screwdriver, can opener, etc) in his pocket. The policemen found it. They said this is against the firearms and swords control law. After all they took him to the koban and interrogated him hours.

Posted in: 4 unacquainted teens investigated over Tokyo Rolex store robbery See in context

This reminds me of the movie 1968 Thomas Crown Affair, actor is Steve Mcqueen. The story is very rich Thomas plotted banks robbery. He hired guys to rob banks, but those guys really don't know each other. They robbed daytime just like the 4 unacquainted boys in Ginza. Those guys are found and arrested later. Thomas got multi-millions of dollars finally. The movie is something like that.

This theft seems rather looting than robbery. They did it daytime while people were watching the ongoing crime. Robbery is usually done while nobody knows.

That robbery was so stupid and absurd plan. Such a daytime robbery has never happened on gorgeous Ginza. So many passersby were watching filming the ongoing crime and besides clear number plate. Robberies were usually in night and done very quiet way. This daytime robbery looks like American robbery movie.
