It doesnt look like bolide because there was a bolide over Kyiv on 19th of April and this thing doesnt look like it

Agreed, but if I propose idea, it may have been weapons testing by someone like NK or China, seems unpopular?

I rather think we'll be reading more about hypersonic missiles in this region sooner rather than later...
