Please fail just once...fall from the skies straight onto SK/Japan territory.... the people deserves liberation from the red cancer.

In a statement Monday night, Kim Yo Jong, the influential sister of North Korean sister Kim Jong Un, warned the United States of “a shocking incident” as she claimed that the U.S. spy plane flew over the North’s eastern exclusive economic zone eight times earlier in the day.

NK has very little ability to oversee US spy activities on it and its strategic assets; Kim Yo Jong herself might have some basic analog techniques to obfuscate her own activities she gets down to in her daily admin as a NK leader.

Its as simple as this: The DPRK being The DPRK.

7 ( +11 / -4 )

Remind me again how DPRK can afford to do these shenanigans?

Well played Spark, well played. Show the evil neighbors you're hand early on the game. Excellent strategy. It's akin to sending a flyweight into the ring to face Tyson Fury, but giving Fury smaller gloves and the flyweight super fluffy gloves. At least Kim was able to get his name in the international news again. This is the only reason he does this stuff. It's like he is a musician who rents a live venue to play a show that he promotes but nobody comes to, just to get his name on the Internet and act like the DPRK actually stands for something. Kim, Putin, Biden, Trudeau and Xi all need mental help. Me too just thinking about this.

By starving its population and cyber ransom.

So what?

5 ( +8 / -3 )

Why does the NK Fat boy hate the sea so much that he keeps firing missiles into it?

Does he have an irrational fear of Godzilla rising from the oceans?

Sponsored by the CCP chinazis who keep supplying them with materials and personnel.

One thing is certain here - and I believe North Korea deserve credit where it is due, they are absolute experts at hitting the Sea with ballistic missiles. Experts.

They have failed an number of times, but what you are asking for is potentially a life threatening event to occur, as no one can trust just where one of these things will land.

I sure as hell dont want to die because someone wants them to fail!

Tiny little Rocket Man at it again.

Remind me again how DPRK can afford to do these shenanigans?

Massive dealing of narcotics- heroin, meth etc - around the world brings in big $$$. Plus of course they are propped up by Communist China. Also, the government has very little to no outlay in terms of hospitals, agriculture. roads, infrastructure etc.

North Korea launches long-range ballistic missile toward sea

True?

I mean we get this same article every 2-3 months.

What are we supposed to do with the information?

Go to the supermarket?

How much does it cost for North Korea to launch a missile? And how many missiles have they test-launched for the past two years? The answer to the second question: over 70.

Where does the wherewithal all come from? Very mysterious.

6 ( +8 / -2 )

North Korea was reduced to rubble during the Korean war (the popular but false narrative is that the North crossed the border suddenly in June 1950 without any provocation) by American bombers so one should expect them to continue testing so long as the US continues to do reconnaissance and military exercises/drills in the immediate area.

If you follow any news anywhere, it should be obvious. Well known to just about anyone who actually pays attention. Nothing "mysterious" about it. It's plain to see!

1. China · 2. Overseas slave labor · 3. Weapons sales · 4. Drugs · 5. Cybercrime.

No lies allowed here.

Perhaps you believe that popular line of the autocracy brigade that a single artillery shell warrants your country being annihilated. Most will disagree with that.

Come on, man.

It's no mystery and has been answered by a few of us already.

The people here are more worried about the rain season floods more than we would ever about these silly missiles.

Where does the finance originate for these launches?

I was often told that a lot of pachikno parlours were DPRK owned. Is this still true?

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

I will say this. From the Korea side of this. This saber ratting will not stand much longer. The leadership over here om S.K. is getting tiered of it.

Keep it up dear leader. Your going to find yourself in a lake of fire and wont see it coming.

Their right. Totally different to what NATO did to Libya. No deaths apart from some fish.

-9 ( +0 / -9 )

Their right.

Actually not so much.

So say several resolutions of the UN security counsel which require unanimous consent.

Yes, bringing a reminder and getting international attention is one reason, sure. But there’s another. He has to entertain or calm down all those with megatons of brass decorated senior generals in the NK military. Like Putin has similar problems with the hardliners within Russia now, Prigozhin and such, Kim also has big pressure everyday to show and deliver something to those zombies before they soon go into Nirvana, but of course want to see some ‘progress’ against South Korea, US , Japan and the whole capitalist West, as well some significant efforts to make the loss or truce of 1950’s into a kind of communism victory finally. Those old guys become more and more impatient and want hard action and still see a big win before they die.

UN is based in New York, USA decides who can have enter.

Again, not so much.

UN accredited diplomats have diplomatic passports that are not subject to US Immigration restrictions.

And in any event, you are not SERIOUSLY arguing that both China and Russia, permanent members of the UN Security Counsel, only voted for these resolutions/sanctions in order to get entry to the US, are you?

I would say "this is a shockingly uninformed statement" except it isn't really that shocking.

Outside of Korea USA or Japan this didn’t make news pretty much anywhere else but a 20 second sound bite. What is actually all that’s needed.
