Posted in: Is religion in Japan in irreversible decline? See in context

This is the very natural development of anything, birth, growth, death. In ancient times and in a primitive society, the priest provided social services, like counseling, mediate in disputes, protection, etc. With the increase in the population, all these functions were taken by non Buddhist entities like police, social services, etc. The Buddhist priest was not necessary anymore, and to survive without alms and sponsors they resorted to funeral services that before were provided by them as one of their functions. 49 years ago the abbot of the Zuiganji told me ¨Do not look for satori here, go live in society and study in books by yourself, satori does not grow at the temples anymore.¨

That you have to be trained into smiling tells me that what we are receiving is nothing more than an empty gesture of hipocresy, like the smile of a hiena.

Humanity has reached 8 billion, and naturally the instinct of reproduction is crumbling in many developed societies.

Japanese politicians specialize in vague an meaningless laws and resolutions because they do not know what to do and don't want to "lose face", since ancient times.

I´m going to write short because I foresee my comment being censored by JT.

In my youth I studied neurology under the guidance of Dr. Antonio Damasio (a world famous neurologist)

Nobody can ever know what happens inside a human brain.

Motives are spoken words that in turn are a translation of the chemical and electrical activity of the brain in a verbal form.

Apart from brain, there is nobody in what is called you.

Every night you sleep, and the entire universe is gone because brain has turned of wake consciouness.

All good and embarrasing things I have done,

Go up in a in a wisp of smoke,

From the chimney of the crematorium.

How is it possible to judge without enough amount of data?

I do not sympathise with the couple nor with the royals. But I want to be as fair as humanly possible. If I had enough data on their brains workings and all the circumstances, I do not think I will be able to process it, hence my reluctance to judge.

Posted in: Planet Earth: 8 billion humans and dwindling resources See in context

I am a nobody, unable to recall all the information needed to make a sound assesment on this topic. For this reason my mind has found a way to reduce variables to the core. Find a way to control the driving forces of absolutely all living creatures (survival/reproduction) and you have solved all problems. I know that such a task is impossible, as it is to appeal to the consciousness of the human race. I walk the path of acceptance and feel very well, perhaps you can.
