Criminals preying on criminals.

Make loan for his hobby? That really expensive!

Did he get his money back?
Vigilante justice should be stamped out.

I'm ok with Perv Hunters. Chikans (including police, teachers and government workers) are way too common in Japan.

But did he really photograph her? That is not clear. It is not as if Japanese won't confess to something they didn't do under threat of violence, only usually it is to the prosecutors. He did eventually consult the police after all.

Not acting as vigilantes and not in the cause of justice, but possibly the instant retribution of karma.

don't correct crimes with more crime. just be on the watch, call them out and report them. but seriously though, don't these lowlifes have better things to do?
Alan Harrison
If Japanese law, rule of law, and justice system was not so inept, and ( to put it bluntly) not such complete rubbish as it is, then vigilante's would not feel the need to take matters into their own hands.

If you are in public then you are in public view.

My car has a high quality camera system. I don’t need permission to film anyone.
this scam Reminds me of the bozokuza, some people would jump on my car and then say that I hit them and then ask for money and say that the Rolex watch was broken. it’s the same maybe.

Why do these buffoons keep putting themselves in jeopardy for the sake of a glimpse of gusset?
There is enough wankfodder of any description online for you to shake a stick at until you are naught but a withered husk , discovered only when the emergency services break down your door after the neighbors complain about the smell.

Now that right there, is a lucrative business. These social misfit voyeurs would be easy pickings for any street level thugs. The ‘feel good’ story of the day.

My daughter told me that when she took the train to go to school an elderly man was humping her. After she told me I took the train with her. First couple of days nothing but after that the elderly man entered the train and again was trying to hump her. But I literally took him to the police station. He was begging but I personally wanted to hit his teeth out. So he is lucky I went to the police station.

He IS lucky, my "Half" daughter would have "racked" him, and walked away.

So, if someone they’re blackmailing is actually guilty and pays them… do they just let it go? Covering up a crime for money? These guys aren’t solving any problem, they’re just taking advantage of it and allowing it to continue. No, just catch the offender and report them. That’s the only thing to do.

I think this article wants to imply that the "perv hunters" and the woman are working together to accuse innocent people that they photographed her inappropriately when in fact they didn't and threaten them to either pay up or they will take them to the police. It has been a tactic that has been around for quite some time now and many choose to pay up instead of ignoring these false accusations so as to limit conflict knowing that if turned in, they will likely be convicted even if they didn't do anything. A show called Ushijima-kun did a similar bit if I remember correctly...

Albert, you are the man. I would of put a pen in his back place. Maybe five.
