Photographer sues Kanye West over alleged assault

West needs some help.

Kanye fell for the oldest trick and gave the photographer the perfect excuse to sue.

His actions and his behavior make it very hard to feel sorry for him even in situations such as this.

His erratical and irrational behavior is what caused his divorce.

Only in america where you can get paid for faking an assault and claiming mental and emotional pain.

Not really, specially because the assault was real, if anything you could say it was provoked, not faked. If someone did the same to you or someone close to you, would you not consider it an assault?
