This area of KC is called the bottoms I belive. Every one in KC knows not to go to the bottoms. The police wait until morning to go.

Also inaccurate. It used to be that way in the 80s and 90s. Since then downtown in closing the west bottoms have undergone gentrification and are rather popular hot spots.

That was probably a little handgun event. A real shooting now has a semi-automatic rifle and multiple ammo clips with the suicidal shooter dressed up like he/she is pretending to be in Call of Duty.

Having looked as closely as I can including the local news, I cannot find any evidence that this is a "black on black" shooting. No races of suspect or victim have as yet been released.

This could be "black on black" crime. KCMO has a significant African American population.

But you don't know and unless you're KCPD, which seems highly unlikely, you have no way of knowing.

But your constant stress on the perceived race of those involved and linking it to "Democrat mayors" as well as your fixation on the bottoms (which this was not) as a crime infested p!ace that the cops don't go at night (they do.
