Fighto!
Despite these undeniable facts, and record setting trends, there will still be the flat earthers piping up - "But...I'm wearing a jumper today...therefore it cant be true!"
Follow the science.

Maybe this is the reason why people don't want children anymore. To not let the next generation see the planet die and suffer along with it.

Yes, some temperatures will record levels, like 1979 and 1923.

Our local temperature in West Hyogo is no hotter than last year. Nice breeze from the sea.

One other factor that bears mention is the relocation of measuring stations from parks and other "green" areas, where they had been located for decades to new "urban" points surrounded by pavements. In some cases, the previous measuring station locations were absorbed by urbanization construction projects.
Expanded urban developments factor heavily into the changes in local microclimate conditions. Heat Islands have grown and increased both in number and proximity to others creating even larger Heat Islands.
One only has to observe the vast expansion of Tokyo proper since the late 1950s and the accelerated development of the surrounding areas, particularly Saitama.
Yes, urbanization is man-made.

Urban area are part of the global environment so should be included. And any changes in measuring stations are accounted for.
@Herve L'Eisa - Here is a very INFORMATIVE site on how average global temperature is measured: https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/climate/science/global-temperature-records

Leaders and followers are in the same boat. Climate change appears to be a real challenge above every other challenge. Heat and drought can be devastating to all forms of life on Earth. It is high time to think and act.

Heatstroke is a very serious health problem. Last year in the EU 60,000 people died from heatstroke. Temperatures hitting 40ºC+ will produce many more victims.
