Seeing the sights

I feel a tad nostalgic, reminds me of London, the open top tourist double-deckers, however the photo reflects a vehicle much more refined.

Times I miss the capital, there again, times I don't.

Since we left London 30 years the new buses are so alien to us.

I was at a brewery on the 2nd floor and I waived at them, and they all waived back smiling. Felt like a wholesome experience :)

Plenty to see on an open-top London bus. But what can you see in Tokyo? Nothing’s older then, what, 50 years? What’s the Tokyo equivalent of Tower Bridge, Trafalgar Square, the Tower, Buck House, etc.?

Very true. Beautiful architecture - historic and modern, is to be seen everywhere in London.

The photo doesn't do Tokyo any favours - just square concrete blocks side by side, and hot as hell.
