The touch of a Steinway & Sons and a Pleyel Chopin's favourite piano are very different. The hammer and tongs touch of a Steinway & Sons grand piano is a far cry from the delicate touch and rainbow colours of a Pleyel or Erard used by Chopin and Franz Liszt.
