Yep. Just have a sedentary lifestyle and keep eating those pizza and chips on your couch while watching CNN. You'll lose weight.

...if you get one of those new drugs (ozempic, wegova...).

Keep in mind this is an article from The Conversation.

A bit hard to believe Russians would be wasting their precious missiles on targeting farm storage warehouses unless there was something inside different from just "grain, peas and barley."

Yes.

Just like when Russia hit a pizza place a few weeks ago. The MSM only mentioned the few civilian casualties, with no mention of the many foreign soldiers that were under the rubble.

People who suggest there are simple solutions to problems that would have clearly been fixed long ago if it actually were that simple, are, well, simple. They lack the ability to see that the real world doesn't actually conform to their simple mindset, and therefore, it isn't actually as simple as they are.

Unfortunately, other solutions are often provided by nutritionists who attend conferences sponsored by companies like Frito lay and Coca Cola.

There are effective solutions that are not all that difficult, and without the known side effects of the above drugs.

Too bad we never hear about these solutions.

I agree Russia was provoked.

But invading Ukraine wasn't the only option to deal with the problem

That might be true. But they had to do something. Putin knows this is a proxy war, by a regime that wants to destroy Russia. The West tricked Putin into accepting the Minsk agreement.

Putin now realizes that the West cannot be trusted, and it is up to him to guarantee Russia's safety. I get increasingly worried whenever Kishida goes along with the West's warmongering; he should stay out of it and maintain good relations with Russia.

Russia already attack Ukraine unproved. What world are you living in?

I'm living in the real world. This conflict did not start in 2022. Putin warned Ukraine and the West for a long time. Russia was very much provoked. The Biden admin did everything they could to provoke Russia into attacking.

Be careful Japan, I get an uneasy feeling that the US is planning a proxy war between China and Japan.

Yes, I get that feeling too every time Kishida does anything related to foreign policies.

Still Putin's War. Still China's aggression against Taiwan.

Unlike the US, Russia and China will not attack any country unless provoked.

And this Gen Milley is the one who wanted to attack Iran, but was fortunately stopped by Trump, according to the infamous "classified document".

Remdesivir is not supported by data, it doesn't work and is very toxic. But because it is very expensive, it was quickly approved....

Baseless accusations about conspiracies that can be disproved with examples like dexamethasone are not arguments, they are excuses for not having arguments.

How does dexamethasone disprove Rawbeer's comment? Dexamethasone is not an antiviral?

Remdesivir was shown to be very dangerous, and it didn't work.

I'm sure that when the next pandemic comes, I will ignore all government recommendations, and I will likely do the opposite of what you recommend.

Guides were even published letting people know how to keep a healthy lifestyle during lockdowns.

Did they include information about the importance of vitamin D, sun exposure, and zinc for fighting off Covid?

VitD's important benefits against Covid19 was known very early during the pandemic, and this has since been supported by many peer reviewed studies: https://c19early.org/dmeta.html

A long list of studies! Thanks.

I saw Campbell give a nice description of this paper:

Protective Effect of Vitamin D Supplementation on COVID-19-Related Intensive Care Hospitalization and Mortality: Definitive Evidence from Meta-Analysis and Trial Sequential Analysis

Their conclusion: The results of the meta-analyses and respective TSAs suggest a definitive association between the protective role of vitamin D and ICU hospitalization.
