It’s beastly here in Osaka. Sooo noisy, can you believe it?

Just looked outside and on the main road there’s loads of people about, I can’t believe it. I hope he children can say at home today, I’m worried about them travelling to school in this, many go by bicycle you see.

Dont have shutters here. Mind you it’s not an open place like I lived n Osaka. Apartments right behind us shielding from wind and office buildings at front.

When I lived in the sticks the last big typhoon was awful, destroyed our allotment, tres blown down, flooding, lost electricity for 6 hours and my poor pets were in a terrible state

Just popped out to buy some milk, oh my goodness the wind is already blowing quite profusely. Started raining a bit too. Please don’t go out unnecessarily especially if you are elderly or frail.

Barbie is and always has been for children, primarily little girls. I fail to understand the popularity of this and I find it’s a warning to us all about the declining maturity of society.

Bad Haircut

Oh yeah, looks bad forecast for Osaka by all accounts. Luckily we are very safe in our abode, but for some it must be very worrying especially of there is flooding and power cuts.

The police wouldn’t do anything to hurt anyone or neglect their duties would they? This is Japan with the highest morals.

Stocked up on grub and bevvies and got a load of DVD’s from Geo for me, the missus and my son to watch, told you I’m retro, lol

Glad I’m self employed and not expected to go out in beastly weather.

Deep fried scorpions!!! Yucky wucky!

I’d also advise to avoid tourist areas, usually food is not great and prices can be horrific. Tried a few in central Nara, you see, never again.

I stick to local ones, some blinding ones at that underground place next to Nishi Umeda. Must be over 50 there 50! Can you believe it?

But they didn’t use the best available info did they. That was available in early December 2021 and showed how much milder Omicron was. Data provided from South Africa which has high levels of monitoring and excellent data. I prefer to stick with the facts that occurred at the time. In fact I commented about this at the time and you were one who poo pooed what I said. All proved correct as ever.
