If your case has to be in Washington DC or NYC to win, or to even get a grand jury to indict, it’s a partisan political case.

The problem is that Trump and this case are widely known. Jury selection is going to be problematic anywhere the trial is held. DC is where the crimes happened, so that’s where the trial will be. Calling for it to be moved to W.V. is just asking for partisan interference.
