I wonder what country she is from. It sounds like she is a drug user that overdosed on her drugs

Posted in: Japan coach tells team to 'be proud' after World Cup exit See in context

Unfortunately it looks like Sweden were the stronger team, which means they usually win the game. Japan can try their best in the Olympics.

Posted in: Sweden stakes claim as Women's World Cup favorite by stopping Japan 2-1 in quarterfinals See in context

That was an unexpected result. Hard to believe that Japan lost after having been the best team of the championships so far.

Posted in: Saudi League kicks off, hoping world is watching See in context

I’ve heard of many people watching the live games on the internet. It will be the biggest league sooner than people think. The World Cup was held in the same region recently. It was the most successful World Cup ever.

I haven’t seen it yet, but it sounds like this will be one of the greatest movies ever made. I’ve never heard of such a successful release in the time of the internet. I want to watch it today.

Posted in: Miyazawa scores her 5th goal of Women's World Cup as Japan beats Norway 3-1 to reach quarterfinals See in context

Japan is the best team at this world championship. They play the complete game. They will win this event so easily. The other teams are quite poor at the game of soccer.

Posted in: Over 140 Japan-born foreign minors to get special permission to stay See in context

Everyone born in Japan is a Japanese resident. This is a well known law throughout the world. I have heard of some mothers coming to Japan so that their child will be Japanese.

Posted in: Japan eyes new system to fine cyclists for traffic violations See in context

I don’t think the police have ever stopped a cyclist before. I don’t think that there are that many accidents in Japan with cyclists. They are taught to ride a bicycle correctly.

Posted in: Locals warn Mount Fuji climbers to take challenge seriously See in context

It sounds like the foreigners are the ones who know nothing about the mountain. I haven’t heard of Japanese people doing this. In Japan people grow up learning about the dangers of climbing Mt Fuji. I can’t believe those two foreigners didn’t allow anyone else to use the toilets.

Posted in: Sales of Japan’s most convenient train ticket/shopping payment cards suspended indefinitely See in context

This shortage was caused by Covid-19. I don’t think that they were popular for tourists as you had to pay 500 yen to buy one. Most tourists get the more useful JR rail pass which allows unlimited travel all over Japan for the one cheap price.

Posted in: In Japan, which bans dual custody, a table tennis star refuses to hand back her son to her ex See in context

There are always two sides to every story. I have heard of many foreign fathers treating their children badly, which is the reason for the rules to deny contact. Also this happens in every country. I have heard of women’s shelters which provide protection from such men. It sounds like this mother is in such a place, as they don’t know her whereabouts.

Posted in: Japan 'left behind' as Women's World Cup glory becomes distant memory See in context

I believe Japan will do very well, as like the men’s team they are much better technically than other countries. They just have to believe. Also I am looking forward to stories of them cleaning up the change rooms after their games.

Posted in: Infantino says 'seize moment' in last-minute Women's World Cup ticket plea See in context

One of the reasons is that Soccer is not so popular in New Zealand. People like to watch rugby. I don’t think that they have a professional league in New Zealand for Soccer.

Posted in: Japanese curry chain becomes a hot topic with foreigners on Reddit, but is it any good? See in context

Japanese curry is different to Indian curry and also Thai curry. I don’t get people comparing them. They are not meant to be the same. I enjoy them both.

Japan should be playing matches against full strength teams. These teams will be preparing for the World Championship this Fall. This will be better for tactics in the big games.
