Posted in: Musk wants to cut 10% of Tesla jobs; tells employees to return to workplace or quit See in context

From the beginning of the pandemic he has been constantly trying to downplay the risks to the health and wellbeing of his employees, ignoring their desire to telework even if that would be very beneficial to them is just part of the same thing.

"The question is what, on balance, serves the greater good," Musk continued, adding that the lockdowns did not accomplish that and the pandemic is a "no-win situation."

He was also tested numerous times, and every test had a different result. He made it through with his opinions and you seem to have made it through with yours.

This is the most passive the U.S. has ever been in my lifetime. Do you honestly think Putin is building Hypersonic missiles to conquer Ukraine? Taiwan is not a part of NATO, will NATO defend Taiwan if China tries to take it? What about South Korea? Wake up, there is something much bigger going on here.

Once upon a time there were conservative intellectuals with university degrees who could write coherently and were thoughtful with their words. William F. Buckley and George Will come to mind. Conservatives published magazines like the National Review and were able to debate policy without resort to name calling. There was also a time when compromise for the sake of the nation as a whole wasn't a dirty word. I guess I'm too old for this world. Sometimes that is how it feels.

There was also a time when Democrats were simply liberals.

Your anger at me is misplaced. I'm the messenger. I'm pointing out exactly why America is hated. Some Americans will recognize it. Others believe in American Exceptionalism.

I am definitely not angry with you as it seems there are a lot of messengers on this forum. Also, let's not forget, there are a lot more people trying to get into The U.S.A. than out.

America is like that politician who always claimed to be clean and spotless, and you find out they were stealing from the system, sleeping with their secretary, and selling state secrets to their enemies.

Just like every other country on the planet. Your hatred for America should be your hatred of the global elite, as there are only more of them based there.

And make the taxi driver sick and all of his customers?
