Posted in: Female detainee dies after being found unconscious in cell See in context

It'll be interesting to see what the cause of death was although, it will likely not be released to the media.

Indeed. Even with no official information I can tell you the most probable cause of her death though - delirium tremens. If an addict was held in a detention center for a long time without necessary medical support for addicts coupled with unbearable conditions during the most hot month of the year and probably unkind exhausting interrogations that is very likely her body couldnt endure that.

They probably wanted to know who was her supplier so they kept slowly torturing with unbearable conditions her until her heart failed.

RIP poor soul

so... what do they offer exactly?? Beauty products or vaccines? I dont really understand from the quote.

If you want to always be healthy - that's impossible.

If you want to always be young - impossible too. though you can stay young longer probably.

However, I can offer you a priceless recepie to remaining your youth longer and its free - be a nice person and you will rejuvinate from inside out ;) nice peple usually remain pleasantly looking with a charming sincere smile for long years ahead. But beware - you cant fake it! Niceness :)

American experts say people with NPD only take up as much as 30% of population what to say about other illnesses and if you say NPD is not actually an illness then i dont know what it is.

It seems like he has targeted fragile women. Even though it may seem strange to believe he managed to fool them but professional ‘cult leaders’ are not that simple, they have methods, they probe the soil before acting Im sure, they would target mentally weak only. Thats why no matter how strong I wish I could be in the place of these women to make him experience pain insideout and outside theres no really a chance for me to make them happy.

Tokyo has all these and more.

Tokyo is a concrete jungle. No beautiful nature, no beautiful seaside, lots of people and traffic and noise and dust and polluted air, high prices and many locals with difficult attitude. What else?

Posted in: Millions of Americans believe aromatherapy works – but for many doctors, it still doesn't pass the smell test See in context

Aromatherapy helps!

to how much extent that depends on a person of course.

for me, it was the first time that had the most prominent effect, especially rose oil. However, it should be of a high quality, you cant be cheap on that. Tea tree, eucalyptus help during infections/viruses period, if you dillute 1 part of tea tree oil in 9 parts of sunflower oil and use it as nose drops and lie down for some time everything bad in your nose will go out like crazy. Rose oil, rose wood and melissa oil are very effective against depressive moods and apathy, as well as bergamot. Thyme, camphor and juniper oil are amazing in all kinds of problems with sore back and muscles. Many essential oils can reduce autoimmune antibodies too. I dont understand how all of that and much more couldnt be appreciated.

Daniel

religion may not help, faith does. I know that many Christians dont interpret Christianity correctly, there are many insincere people who call themselves Christians but fail to understand another person. I wont say my pastor saved me after we had an inspiring conversation but my faith saved me and God saved me from a very deep depression that I wont ever belittle it or name it self hypnosis. Qualified psychologist with a kind heart is a bless I think Id benefitted from having one in my life but unfortunately at that time I had neither resources not a chance to get treatment. Also in many cases even the most talented and kind one wont help.

Well children can be annoying of course but look at it another way. Some day, when you are old and lonely, those little ones will be your doctor, or a nurse, or lawyer or a supermarket worker or a farmer or anything that is people that are very needed in society. Now you are tolerating their childish rant and later they will tolerate your rant :D i guess its a fair trade :D

Posted in: Japan says North Korea threat more serious than ever See in context

If I was North Korea would I make invading or harming Japan my first priority? I think id first go for South Korea and then maybe. Of course launching missiles to Japans direction is a potential danger that should be addrressed with effective plan or countermeasure. I just hope the fearmongering is not for covering some backstage money laundering.

Posted in: Suicide hotlines in Japan ringing off the hook at times See in context

Just remember to all who are considering it, you are very important and you matter. In the end, someone loves you.

if i was told that back in my dark days i would either laugh or get irritated. Its precisely because a person is not gifted with the love of whomever surrounds them that they feel depressed, no? Of course there are cases when a person has everything love, job, family but still feels suicidal thats another kind of depression. Japanese family relationships are rather chilly and somewhat formal, the culture of not being a bother to others make it all worse when a person faces stress, they realise there are actually no people who really care or can or want to be there present with them and their emotions. Strong psychological basis that could be formed in childhood is absent, spirituality (and thus strong inner core) is absent since most Japanese are not Christians so what can possibly give a person power to be resilient when emotions overwhelm them. However, God has the power to make a person finally feel okay even when theres a feeling theres no meaning in their life and theres no one for them there. Just dont expect it to be a vending machine, persist with the prayer and change the lifestyle.

Posted in: What do you think of the availability and level of English-speaking mental health professionals for foreigners in Japan? See in context

Mental health and mental health education is SUPER important. Even knowing your problem in scientific term is just so liberating. Unfortunately it seems like Japan’s situation with both aspects is gravely bad. You may find me silly but i even can make such a conclusion simply watching dramas. And the main problem is that Japan’s culture seems to be insanely related to narcissistic patterns of relationships... but soo little ppl seem to even bother to have an interest in the issue nor to admit theres a highly functioning narcissistic pandemic in the world.
