America is used as an excuse to [get ready] for war. Yet America simply sits back and watches these countries make fools of themselves and watches them shoot themselves in the foot. I guess when you are intimidated by America, you all SH!t in your pants.

According to Kenji Omata, a distinguished professor of criminal psychology at Surugadai University in Hanno, Saitama Prefecture, it remains premature to conclusively determine if the upward trend will persist. Posted in: Man sent to prosecutors over attempted murder on Osaka train See in context

Regarding this article, I have seen this news on TV and I hope this many gets help, however - over the course of the last few months, I have observed a notable trend of downvotes on comments discussing Japan and its reported rise in crime. I find myself perplexed by the reasoning behind these downvotes, as it appears to be a response to the dissemination of factual information about crime in the country. Various articles addressing this topic have surfaced, and the habit of frequently comparing crime rates between Japan and America may not be conducive to fostering safety in Japan. Rather than perpetuating such comparisons, it is imperative that we confront the genuine reality of the crime situation in Japan, acknowledging it as it truly is, in order to address the underlying issues and work collectively towards promoting a safer and more secure society.

Such observations might lead to the recognition of potential challenges or risks posed by China, prompting the international community to adopt measures aimed at preserving stability, peace, and the welfare of nations.

Posted in: Man deemed eligible for workplace compensation after sexual orientation outed by boss See in context

In the realm of job hunting worldwide, a significant number of candidates identify as heterosexual, yet many opt not to disclose their sexual orientation to Human Resources Departments during the application process. This choice may stem from various reasons, including a desire to be evaluated solely on their qualifications and skills, concerns about potential bias or discrimination, and the wish to avoid being stereotyped based on their identity. It is essential to understand that this decision does not imply shame or denial of one's sexual orientation but rather reflects a complex interplay of societal norms and the aspiration for a fair and unbiased application process. From the HR perspective, the focus remains on evaluating applicants based on their professional competencies, fostering inclusivity, and providing equal treatment to all candidates, irrespective of their sexual orientation, to create diverse and innovative work environments.
